I am beyond grateful for the incredible opportunity to be a part of the Olympians Inspire program, working with kids in the Oxnard School District for three weeks in July. This experience was nothing short of transformative, not only for the young minds we’ve had the privilege to mentor but for myself as well.

Seeing the spark of inspiration in the eyes of these children as they listened to our stories and participated in activities has been truly heartwarming. It’s a reminder of why we do what we do—using our journeys and experiences to light the path for the next generation. Each day brought new moments of joy, learning, and connection, reinforcing the power of sports and mentorship in shaping young lives.

As a bonus, I had the incredible honor of meeting and connecting with some amazing fellow Olympians and professionals. Every single one of us can easily dominate in their field by simply studying it and practicing it 10x more.

How many of the greats in our world do you need to hear tell you this before you act on it? Here's what I did in phase one of my coaching career.

1. Spent 10+ hours a week studying the experts and research in my field. Experiences of Experts, linguistics, communication, human behavior, and systems. (Mostly in business)

2. Because Im in the sales and performance leadership coaching world, I spent an average additional 5+ hours a week studying, writing, and thinking on how what I was learning could be best applied into my work.

3. Continuously re-evaluating methods and strategies to make sure they remain effective and are not becoming outdated. I often did this by teaching myself to recognize patterns in the business world and the consumer world.

If you're feeling like you're not getting the results or income you're capable of, then allocate some time for 3-6 months minimum to these areas.

As time goes on, you'll start to notice that it's not only difficult for others to compete with you, but you'll open your mind and awareness of things you would never have noticed before.

I still have dozens of topic that I want to learn more about and improve. And during the process, I'm going to make many more mistakes than the average person because of the velocity of activation.

IMPORTANT:
By the way, when the economy or world goes into a phase of uncertainty or fear based propaganda, THAT IS THE BEST TIME TO LEVEL UP... because most people and companies will retract.

This effect allows YOU to gain 10 years of comparable progress in one year because while most people are tapping the break peddle, you're on the throttle!!!
